These women come from all walks of life and are united by their passion for helping children and their outstanding talent as therapists.

A native of Bottineau, ND, Katie received her Master's degree in Speech & Language Pathology from Minot State University. Katie worked in the public school system for six years until relocating with her husband and three children to Williston, ND, in 2015.  Katie enjoys spending her time at Lake Metigoshe. Her hobbies include waterskiing, hunting, visiting family and friends, and taking in as many sporting events as possible!


Owner, Speech & Language Pathologist


Alissa was born and raised in Williston, ND. She received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. She completed two fieldwork rotations in pediatric settings including a school system and an outpatient setting. Alissa worked for three years in the public schools for the WilMac special education program. She was excited to follow her dream of working in a pediatric outpatient clinic, serving her home town and surrounding areas. In her free time, Alissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, playing softball and golf, hanging out with family and friends, and being outdoors.


Occupational Therapist


Born and raised in Williston, ND, Amanda earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. She had experience in pediatric inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as the school systems. She has continuing education with torticollis and plagiocephaly, pediatric sports injuries, sensory impairments, idiopathic toe walking, and gait impairments. Amanda is skilled in multiple areas of pediatric therapy and has experience with treating children with long-term disabilities, orthopedic injuries, and infant motor development. Amanda moved home in 2015 and married her high school sweetheart. Together they enjoy outdoor activities, spending time with their sons and extended families.


Physical Therapist


Brenna grew up in Warren, Minnesota. She graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Northland Community and Technical College in East Grand Forks, MN. She had several excellent field placements during her internships and has experience working with both children and adults. She enjoys being creative. Brenna feels it’s important to adapt the interventions to meet the patient's needs and to engage their interests. In her free time, Brenna enjoys art, being physically active, and spending time outdoors.


Certified Occupation Therapy Assistant


Raised in the outskirts of Williston, ND, Gracie received her Business Management and Accounting degrees from Williston State College this spring. She is excited to jump into a career that utilizes her love for math and business! Gracie loves to be creative and has a lot of hobbies, including reading, painting, and spending time with her nephews. Gracie also enjoys working with animals, and being outdoors.


Assistant Business Manager


Born and raised outside of Williston, ND, Jonie received her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. She worked at a variety of pediatric therapy settings for eight years before she took a break from work to raise her three kids and two Weimaraner dogs. After having two children diagnosed with severe food allergies, Jonie's passion turned towards feeding difficulties in children. When she isn't chasing her kids around, she enjoys working her in garden, taking pictures at TRP Studios, and being around her animals.


Occupational Therapist


Victoria (Tori) hails from The Pas, Manitoba, Canada. Tori earned her Master's degree from the University of North Dakota after completing her undergraduate program as a student-athlete on the UND Women's hockey team. She is currently working on her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Tori has had several excellent clinical placements during her rotations and has experience working with both children and adults, especially from the Native American population. In her free time she enjoys playing hockey, hunting, fishing, CrossFit and spending time with family and friends.

Growing up in Dickinson, ND, Jenny received her Business Administration, Management & Marketing degrees at Dickinson State University. Jenny married her college sweetheart and shortly after they moved to his hometown, Williston, ND. Jenny enjoys spending time at home with her husband, daughters, two cats and a dog. Photography, hockey, and coffee are a few of her favorite things.

Business Manager


Born and raised in Williston, Alyssa received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of North Dakota. She went on to obtain her doctorate degree in psychology at the University of Iowa. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Iowa Children's Hospital. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior and anxiety in children, intervention services for children with autism, and diagnostic evaluations for autism and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Alyssa is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.


Child Psychologist, Behavior Analyst


A native of Williston, ND, Brittany earned her Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Pathology from Minot State University in 2008. During the past 10 years, she has developed her skills in speech language therapy in both private practice and public school settings. She is certified in Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Feeding Therapy, and one of her primary passions is stuttering therapy with preschoolers. Brittany is skilled in working with children with a variety of speech and language concerns. She loves spending time with her husband and their two boys, Oliver and William. She also enjoys traveling, reading, listening to music, playing piano, and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks.

Carmella is originally from a suburb outside of San Francisco, CA. She received her Master's degree in Speech & Language Pathology from Minot State University. Carmella completed her externship in the public school setting and is excited to work in a private practice setting. She enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and cat. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being active, and taking walks with her dog.


Speech & Language Pathologist


Originally from Minot, ND, Joan received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. Joan worked in a variety of Social Service Agencies before beginning her career in Mental Health Therapy in 2012. She works with children and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, oppositional defiant behavior, conduct disorder and other mental health issues. Joan has trained extensively in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and integrates play therapy into her sessions as well. When she is not at work, Joan and her husband keep busy raising their boys, spending time at the family lake house, and visiting family in Minot!


Mental Health Counselor


Originally from Mott, ND, Marah received her Master's degree in Speech & Language Pathology from Minnesota State University of Moorhead. Marah's internship was in a pediatric outpatient setting in Fargo, ND. She enjoys working with children of all ages and disabilities. She married her high school sweetheart in 2017 and recently got a Siberian Husky puppy named Thor. In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake, spending time with family, and going on walks with her husband and puppy.
